College of Nursing Sciences BUTH Ogbomoso Form Requirements
The following criteria are requested from potential candidates:
- Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 credit-level passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics obtained from
- WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent/similar examinations, taken at not more than 2 sittings. WAEC and NECO results can be combined.
- NABTEB results cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO. Students awaiting WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results are eligible to apply but must present their results on or before the matriculation date
- JAMB UTME is required, and candidates must have scored 160 and above
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Application is only for candidates who must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, BUTH Ogbomoso as their first choice on the JAMB portal. All applications should be submitted before the 2024 screening date.

CBT Examination Date
BUTH College of Nursing Science conducts a Computer-Based Test (CBT) which is compulsory for every candidate who applied for admission into the Basic Nursing Programme.

Time: 8 am
NOTE: The sale of admission forms will close on 27th May, 2024.
All candidates must note that no cash payment will be requested from them during the examination day. The College of Nursing Sciences BUTH, Ogbomoso will not ask for extra cash after you have paid for the form online, follow all instructions on the school portal.
