1. Candidates need to be at least 16 years old and above during the time of application.
2. Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) credits in their O’Level exams, including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
3. These credits must come from one or two sittings of exams like WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

1. Visit the official University College Hospital (UCH) Schools Portal (UCH Ibadan Application Portal).
2. Check and Click the REMITA PAYMENT button and pay ₦25,000 for the application fee.
3. After making the payment, register using the RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) generated number, your email, and the password you created during the payment of the application fee.
4. Log in to the portal using your email and password to complete your application online.
5. Download the Applicants’ User Guide from the portal for detailed instructions to guide you.
6. Print two copies of the completed application form and a Photocard to bring on the day of the entrance exam as it is essential.
7. Finally, make a ₦200 payment to the Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee account at First Bank PLC, Account Number: 2019704292 for the examination fee.
